Green Monkey is a original Rock/Alternative band from The Inland Empire, California. Over the past four years this dedicated group of musicians have played several shows extensively up and down the west coast and others states, Green Monkey fan base has been growing at a rapid rate due to their energetic shows combined with an infectious rock/alternative sound. What stands out the most at a Green ...Monkey concert is the band's ability to connect with their fans which they affectingly call their Green Monkey Junkeez, Lead vocalist Mario Valadez takes the crowd on an emotional rollercoaster, With his haunting lyrics that is followed by the heart pounding bass of their energetic bass player Mike Mindiola. The level of music becomes a vessel with a message of everything from pain, happiness and the complications of living in a world that is suffering the effects of de-evolution. Lead Guitarist Vicious V along with 2nd guitarist Izzy Ramirez combine their catchy riffs that energize and put the crowd into a frenzy. Drummer AJ Mindiola keeps the tempo with his bone crunching beats, and the recent addition of Brian Hirch as their dj/keys has completed the sound. Playing live is what Green Monkey loves to do and the more the crowds become active participants the more it fuels Green Monkey to dig deeper, play harder, In order to explore new ground with their music. With every intense performance Green Monkey has managed to create a unique sound along with amazing visuals that they can call all their own.
