The issue here is a person is claiming copyright rights and they don't have a copyright. Video is taken all the time at sporting events without permission, watch the news, high school sports are shown all the time. If tv stations had to have individuals sign waivers every time they filmed, they would not show the videos.

The real reason that this individual is complaining about this video is very obvious. He got his clock cleaned, was humiliated, even though he lost to a better man, and now his shame is obvious to the whole world. As is the fact that he is shown wrestling a teenager in an obvious high school wrestling match and dane334 lists his age on his youtube profile as 40 years old. It obvious that something seriously is wrong here and the video or its use has nothing to do with what is wrong.
