@genesisSOC You are correct, thank you. Rondo is good but the scope, atmosphere and ESPECIALLY the control of 4 puts it at the top of the old school CVs. As far as the Metroidvanias go, Symphony is the best, but I love 2 as well.

Whoever recorded this track screwed it up and overdrove the input to the recorder. Check other videos of this track for proper sound.

@MrPs2masters Ah, no it isn't, don't kid yourself. Its a good game, with good music, but its not a spot on SCV4. It controls like a dog in comparison, and the boss fights aren't anywhere near as epic.

Castlevania 4 has the best control hands down of all the 2D series, and its soundtrack is the best of all the cartridge CVs. You dudes putting it down are smoking some good stuff. Bad soundtrack, are you kidding me? The prologue alone still sends chills down my spine. SCV4 is highly rated for...
