Naked Bass Player Rob Bass

Well, once I learned to upload videos, things kinda happened fast. Actually, my original purpose for creating this channel was to build a small library of video clips (by song) of myself playing drafts so I could provide the recordings via Email to local pro band owners and various other important music contacts in an effort tobegin landing professional auditions. Then, I thought family and friends should also be able to view the recordings. These uploads were slaped together quickly without any emphasis on production.Instead, I was only in a hurry to provide a display of my bass playing style, capability and energy. This channel will continue to grow and probably evolve over time some. I will continue to add more song video clips. I may have jumped the gun a bit when I began this channel. You should notice an increase in the level of both, production and performance as I continue to build this channel over time. The channel also shows a peek into my personal/private world as I rehearse "without a band" (naked). That should be changing soon. Actual choreographed song sets are being considered by a couple upcoming opportunities that I face. That is right down my alley. I like to jam when I jam.
Its all about the show. Standing flat-footed or sitting never have and never will be in my world when I play. I love crowd interaction too. (And so do the club owners !) If I can't get down, how can I expect audiences to get down. To me, that's half the fun anyway! When its performance time, hey, perform baby! That's how I see it!
