ok, that's f*cked up, you can't smoke weed in public or at home, but you can smoke weed in the church xD

yeh, I guess if you put it that way it's kind of messed up, but I think every country has it's messed up rules. for example in Holland a coffee shop can legally sell weed or hash, but they can't legally purchase it themselves, to sell it to their customers =|
or if a person reaches the age of 16 they can legally drink beer, or something else (less than 7 or 8% alcohol) and you can legally buy like vodka at the age of 18 =|
so in the USA you have to be 18 to smoke cigarettes... damn :P

to be honest, I think it's a good rule, I mean.. here in Holland it's normal for kids to start drinking at 14 years or 15, that's really too young :O
how about smoking? :P at what age are you allowed to smoke in the USA?
