Our mission is to incorporate technology to help us provide superior customer service and enable our customers to have all the information they need at their fingertips.

Customers have access to a secure and exclusive B2B web store with self service capabilities. Customers can view videotaped product demos, real-time product availability, detailed written product information, assigned pricing and the ability to purchase products 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Our customers can access account information such as shipment tracking, order history and easily reorder previously purchased items.

To add more value and enhance our product offerings, our site provides customers with the option to submit product reviews. Customers Product Reviews will play a key role in determining which products we will continue to sell and/or discontinue offering.

Ultimately we have made the ordering and fulfillment processes simple, informative and secure as well as exclusive to B2B clients. By utilizing an integrated ecommerce and accounting system, Grassroots Musical Distributor has the needed tools to consistently manage inventory and to fulfill customer demand most efficiently.
