Graeme Park, in Horsham Pennsylvania, is a National Historic Landmark and home to the Keith House, the only surviving residence of a Pennsylvania colonial-era governor. Sir William Keith, the 14th governor of Pennsylvania from 1717-1726 built the stone mansion c. 1722. The house underwent one major renovation, in the 1750s, when Keith's son-in-law, Dr. Thomas Graeme did much of the interior finishing. The fine Georgian panelling that was installed at this time is still intact, some of it with its orginal coat of paint and the home remains one of the finest examples of Georgian architecture in the Delaware Valley. During the Revolution, the property was home to Graeme's daughter, the writer Elizabeth Graeme Fergusson.
