Welcome to my YouTube Channel. Here you'll find only the finest, extremely detailed, guitar lessons in the style of Stevie Ray Vaughan. I'm certainly not the best guitar player to be influenced by him, but I have paid very close attention to the minute details of his style that I think will make these lessons easy to follow, and yield great advances in your playing ability.

My main site is http://www.steviesnacks.com and you'll find higher quality lesson previews there as well as the extended version of many of these free lesson previews. These extended lessons can be purchased for a few dollars each, and better yet, they are offered in HD quality. I will also soon have DVDs available at the site as well.

Thanks for watching, and always remember: "Express yourself..."

A lot of people want to play like Stevie Ray Vaughan, but there isn't a lot of instruction dedicated to that style. These lessons will show you what I've been able to pickup over the years as I tried to learn this style. The YouTube lessons are usually the first 10 minutes of each lesson, with longer, extended length, HD lessons available for purchase at www.steviesnacks.com.
These videos are from the free video podcast I put out at StevieSnacks.com and they're short videos that answer viewer questions and show quick tips and tricks relating to the SRV style of guitar playing.

These lessons have helped me a lot. Even though I may not be able to play some of the licks you teach like the Texas Flood one, it gives me a general idea of what I could do for soloing. Thanks for the help.

Anthony, I have to say, I've been playing guitar for eight years and have been into SRV for the majority of those years; and your lessons have helped me out tremendously. It's hard to find such a thorough, concise, and pertinent tutorial online (much less free). I'm sure you've been bothered alot about this before, but some tablature would add a more inclusive hands-on feel, and really make the learning go faster than it already is. If you added tabs on your site I would definitely sign up immediately. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Anthony, what gauge strings do YOU use? I know what SRV used, but your tone is really what I'm looking for at the moment.
