Grand Prairie Wellness Center

Our goal is to provide health care and health-related educational services to low income families unable to access mainstream health care.

We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation operating in the State of Texas.

Services are provided to residents of Grand Prairie in both Dallas and Tarrant counties. We are a Medically Underserved Area (MUA) designated by the Texas Department of Health and the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services.
