I heard Thom Yorke cited Buckley as an influence on his singing on "Fake Plastic Trees." I can definitely hear similarities in the music and vocals of this song and Bends-era Radiohead.

hm, maybe i'm in the minority but i prefer the original. although i'm generally biased not to like remixes over originals, i've found.

it's easy to see why brian wilson listened to this song hundreds of time a day when it came out. Great as this music is, I don't know if it would be worth reliving the 60's solely for the music. However, now that I say that, this decade isn't so hot either, as of now at least.
