I've been wondering about that too. The people behind Samurai say that they're sticking pretty close to the original storyline, which is what I like. Although in a way I wish I didn't know that there's an actual red Samurai ranger, as it could've been a nice plot twist thing for me and the show. I guess it'll have to do.

Yep! I recently got into Power Rangers, when the Samurai season started airing. It's funny, back when my brother (who was about 6 at the time) loved PR Operation Overdrive for a period of time, and I thought it was the most retarded thing ever! (although it WAS by Disney) Anyway, I don't know if I'll ever watch Shinkenger, but I will definitely keep it in mind after I'm done watching Samurai. Frankly, I plan on watching Mighty Morphin' at some point because I've never seen it before, and I haven't started that either! =)
