Yes :) I do practice hatt yoga and pranayam and if i get some time then meditation. tHought I try to be consistent, but time is a very vicious factor. It always tries to run against ur schedule :)))
By the way, yoga is of many form.Yoga means attachemnt to Higher consiousness. Bhakti yoga- where u try to build connection to God. Karma Yoga- Where u dedicate ur life for ur work. :) Hoiw bt u? Hw much you do hatt Yoga? :) |

I read your comment that what is the proper way to breathe ? while doin yoga breathe comfortably. Try to exhale and inhale long.
There are Pranayams which are breathing exercises and are very powerful. The physical exercise of yoga is known as Hatt Yoga. It is only a part of yoga. Basically Yoga is a philosophy to attain hiher consiousness. :) |
