Right before moving to the NYC area I studied with Bruce Henry, Terry Burns, Dan Breeze and (briefly) Anthony Cox for a year at McNally Smith College, MN. Then once I moved to NJ I briefly studied with Nancy Marano and James Williams at William Paterson University.

I've been livin and singin in the NYC metro area since 2000. Performed or presently performing in original and cover bands including BD Lenz Band, StonedGrace, Josh Dion Band, several entertainment bands/companies, the 451st Army Band, and the 94th Army Band (Hooah). Over the years I have also done gigs as a bassist and trumpeter.

Most notable gigs include singing background for Ne-Yo on the Dave Letterman show, a few shows in London as the featured singer with BD Lenz Band, an acting extra in the movie American Gangster as the trumpet player fronted by Anthony Hamilton, and opened for Buddy Guy, Los Lonely Boys, Eric Johnson, Spyro Gyra, and Cowboy Mouth as a member of Josh Dion Band.
