It's Never Too Late

Videos of 63 year old Darrell in his home gym. He is about 5'10 and weighs approx. 210 lbs. He has lifted weights since he was about 15 yrs old. He was first inspired by watching Steve Reeves on the big screen. Reeves is one of his heroes but also, Reg Park and of course Arnold Schwarzenegger. As a teenager he worked out and boxed in the Columbia Gym, in Louisville, Kentucky, where Muhammed Ali (Cassius Clay) first trained. Darrell competed in the Golden Glove of Boxing. A few of his fights were broadcasted on a local television channel... Darrell didn't compete much in powerlifting or body building contests, he has just lifted for the pure excitement of lifting. I guess the most he has benched pressed, was 390 lbs. Lately, he hasn't done much because he is working back up, after a long illness...All the positive feedback he is receiving from having his videos on youtube, has inspired him and is pushing him to get in the best shape of his life...Thanks Guys!
