Your show is very enriching. I subscribed after just one viewing and am in great danger of running up my WI-FI internet connection with "Sprint's" Overdrive 5GB internet card. Still I scarily have no intention of stopping anytime soon after viewing your show back to back for the past couple of hours. I had a question for you and all about this dish as I am unable to consume crabs, lobsters, clams etc because of they way they are killed. I just can't handle a moving-thinking living creature being boiled to death for our mostly recreational needs as opposed to actual hunger. Can they be killed differently?
Best wishes in the year of the Dragon!
