this letter is in regards to the safety of CHAD WHITE of bay city Michigan. My fear that Chads artistic pursuits of is complete nonsense fueled by false self of self actualization. . He believes that collage is a healthy and even a creative mode of expression. I seen a number of these "dadaism",. and noticed several common themes. One, his art focuses on human illness of body, mind, social. 2, Chad seems to want to express a absurd hyper sensitive paranoid fantastic ideas. his mind seems to travel to different worlds that he celebrates in his works. 3. chad loves to subvert in situations.
i have noticed these themes are designed to confuse, or make the view angry at chad or his art target. Obviously chads mind is violent of thought and intent

I worry about what 10 years more of art is going to do to chad. I have noticed that his art has a strong hateful message. The power and intensity of this hate haunts for days after i seen chads works. Chad spends several hours of everyday working on works. His family and friends see that chad has no interest in being social nor does he seem to want to kiss girls or boys. Chads cloths are stained with ink, paint or dirty pastels. .Talking to Chad is hard because he seem to think that life is just a movie. He talks about dadaism like it was a religion. Chad believe in a failed art movement. Our family pleads with you to help chad. We need to lock him in a room without pigments or books that he can destroy. Please expose chad to culture and tv life. He lives outside of society. Give him no paper. Keep him drunk and sedate so he can not think any creative thought.
