Goose was born in April of 2006. By December 2006, he had suffered several short episodes of severe illness. We realized that Goose had an auto-immune disease and needed Prednisone medication. The Prednisone saved him from his disease and allowed him to live 2.5 years of a generally happy life. Unfortunately, in September 2008, his condition declined to a point at which we were forced to euthanize him.

The majority of Goose's life, he seemed just like a healthy little Weimaraner, complete with all of the rotten Weimaraner behavioral tendencies. He was born with a difficult disease that was not understood by vets and could not be overcome.

Thank you for everyone's support and comments over the past couple of years. I am going to keep his videos up, in case they can help others or can be discovered by a vet who wants to figure out this disease.
