Well Louisiana Mudfest today sure didn't look like this video, but it's a great video. It was hot, but we all made it happen and everyone enjoyed Wayne Toups. His songs brought back lots of memories. It's now July 3, 2011 and I've got to get a few hours sleep. See everyone later today.

LOUISIANA MUDFEST @ McNEELY CROSSING OUTSIDE OF COLFAX, LOTS OF SHADE TREES, MUDFEST WILD BOYS/GIRLS/MEN/WOMEN, NO DUST, BECAUSE WE HAVE THREE(3) WATER TRUCKS NON STOP, WAITING ON YA'LL, DIFFERENT BAND EVERY NIGHT, WE ALL HAD A WONDERFUL TIMES LOTS OF OLD FACES AND NEW ONES

We got some much needed rain yesterday and it's been raining all day here. LA Mudfest located at McNeely Crossing, just outside colfax has it's pits full and waiting on July 4th, 2011. We've been working on the bandstand to improve the sound from the bands. The speakers will be 8 feet in the air....

LA Mudfest located at McNeely Crossing near Colfax, LA has it's mud pits full and waiting on the July 4th weekend. The pits are full and we got some much needed rain yesterday and it's been raining all day here. The temp has dropped to the low 80s. Hope to see everyone there.

Yesterday we had a truck get stuck in the back pit and had to use the dozier to pull it out no other truck could pull it out
