Drummer Bill Legend isn't dead - unless it's very recently. Last I heard he was playing drums in a church group about twenty miles from where I live in Essex, UK. The others, alas, are all long gone.

I was fortunate enough to have seen Sparklehorse when he/they supported David Gilmour at the Royal Festival Hall. It's a wonderful life was the then current album and I'm really glad I was introduced to it. Another sad passing of a fabulous musician.
