The arguements you make support the hunting and eating of wild animals, however it doesn't support the complete INDIFFERENCE of most farmers when it comes to the living conditions of their "property".

Hi Blaine...so you tend to avoid caffeine . Is it a highly individualised matter or would you say that no endurance athlete can benefit from caffeine?

Postworkout I'm thinking of combining both a fast carb and a slower carb. The fast carb can immediately address the glycogen depletion while the slower carb absorbs at a similar rate as the whey so that they're in the bloodstream at the same time.

Any thougts on this? ..Don't mean to be 'anal' a...

I reckon skim milk is excellent to maintain muscle IN BETWEEN workouts because it has slow absorbing-long lasting protein (casein), but your best bet before and after working-out is whey protein which absorbs quicker but doesn't last as long.
