The New World Order is necessary for the worlds survival. I do not believe in a NWO conspiracy but I would like to see a one world government in my life time. The U.N. is weak and must be replaced. I propose a NATO and EU type of alliance between all the worlds industrial nations. This NWO will not include third world countries. They are weak and will only slow us down. The Four main countries of this alliance will be

1. USA-the worlds leading superpower. The U.S. has oil fields in Alaska and has a strong military presence in the middle east.
2. China-worlds largest army. China also has a great influence in Sudan where it gets most of its oil.
3. Russia-holds a large arsenal of nuclear weapons. Has laid claim to the North Pole which is believed to be abundant with oil. Just have to melt the ice caps first.
4. UK-western Europe could cause us some difficulty. Britain has a strong navy and is stategicaly placed if there were to be any resistance from the Europeans.

Mr WilliamKennedy seems to be too far gone. I dont think we can save him.Peace
