Many of you may remember and must be keeping track of Actor Prashan's tryst with 498a and family/legal terrorists. He is of the "Jeans" film fame(of which Aishwarya was the Heroine, beautiful and HIT songs in this film in which Prashant acted double role).
Prashant was falsely accused/cornered in a false complaint of cruelty and harassment, by his wife. This wife was later found to be married (in 1998) before her marriage with Prashant(in 2005), moreover she had not got a Divorce from this previous marriage.
