I am using youtube to post my updates while I get fit with P90X. Last July I weighed 292lbs and decided it was time to get back in the game.I lost 60lbs in a little over nine months by changing my eating habits and getting my then fat ass off the couch. My goal was to lose 85lbs in a years time.To achieve it I needed something other than a diet and my bowling exercise. Yes ! I lost 60lbs by going bowling 5 to 6 nights a week. I saw P90X on an infomercial and decided to check out the youtube community to see if ordinary people would obtain the same results as the infomercial actors. Thats when I saw the FATASSCHALLENGE. Thanks Dave for your dedication to the program and for posting your results weekly. I was totally amazed at the result he and others achieved in just a little time. Myself and a co-worker are on journey together and we have been "Bringing It".
