About Uisge Mháth! Whisky Tours
Uisge Mháth! (Gaelic, meaning Great or Good Water! as rendered betwixt 'Uisge Beatha' meaning Water of Life, or 'Slainthe Mhath' meaning Good Health) is dedicated to my on-going trek around my beloved Scotland on a quest to visit EVERY whisky distillery in the land and to make a few comments and indulge in the odd taste here and there. I also intend to hunt down and find the location of as many extinct and lost distilleries as possible. I began this journey in April 2009 and hope to have it complete by summer of 2011. From there I intend to start all over again and fill in the some of the blanks that I missed first time around... Slainthe! :)
