Not saying this to be charitable: Lou sounds fantastic! Compared to 1984 or even 1994, no of course not. But for anyone who has been charting his recovery on Youtube the past few years, this is a stunning resurgence. He's hitting notes that most healthy 60 year old singers couldn't touch.

@viperpulse He didn't lose respect from longtime fans. He just drew more disgust from people who never liked him in the first place. He's wise to ignore it. I do miss Kevin, though, he was an outstanding bandleader and comedic presence.

I was all excited to see Al Franken get humiliated but unfortunately that's just not what happened here. The interviewer looks kind of ridiculous. I'm sure some of his other work is better than this.
