I do it haz a drop chance of 5% but that is from A jar this jar only occasionaly drops when are assigned a dig in uldum so first u have to be 450 arch then u need to be lucky u get a digsite in uldum, then u have to be lucky u get a jar from that digsite and then u have a 5% chanc...
