what i don't understand is if you have the money to buy an R8 why the hell don't you buy an AWD SUV for the winter and garage the R8. Even if you slap on winter tires on a AWD R8 its not going to change the fact that supercars are not designed to be driven in snow.

Yes turbo lag is minimal but to say that there is none whatsoever i do not agree because most of these N54 will take a while to spew up when below 2000 rpm. I'm pretty sure that if your buying a bmw the amount you spend on gas is the least of your worries. The costly part is service and repairs.

seriously 122mm exhausts? the bmw m3 has stock exhausts are only 74mm. I think thats a little insane but it does sound pretty sick.

people need to realize that the bmw m3 is an amazing race car that was designed and geared towards track performance. So racing in a straight line doesn't do it any justice especially against a c63 that has at least 40 more hp than it does.

i think bmw should of made the fog lights available for the coupe version as well. i really dont want the convertible. that's probably the only complaint about this car there is.

I have a 2008 bmw 335xi coupe with sport pkg. How do you tell if you have kickdown or is it standard?

there are 3 indications that show it is m sport.

1. the wheels, those wheels come with the m sport model

2. the steering wheel is an m sport steering wheel

3. those sport seats have some pretty aggressive bolstering but they do look kinda weird
