Joel does not change the order of God. God never ordered the woman to rule man. God never intended nor commanded the woman to become a father to any people. pastor/Shepards were men, Elders were men and /Apostle were founding fathers. No woman can father anyone.

These woman can't be doing "God's Work" God never told a woman to become a man, priest, father, nephew, uncle, pastor. If Jesus wanted a woman to set an example of a woman being a father leader of a people, surely his one mother, the virgin mother who have been our first example.
