On the standby screen, when you see your operator (network) logo. Use the joystick in the middle of the phone, not the left or right buttons. Just move the joystick right, then press star (*), then move the joystick left TWICE, then star again, then move the joystick left again, then press star again. So it's right, star, left, left, star, left, star. If you can't get it to work after this then I suppose it's a problem with your phone, it works on every Sony Ericsson. Not Samsung, Motorola, Nokia etc. Only Sony Ericsson. Do it fairly quick too, try to do the entire code within ten seconds. Hope this helps.
