Would be nice to know which film or parody this clip comes from. The written texts are bad imitations of the Korean hangul alphabet, most of the characters are unidentifiable and not existant. The emblem (eg on the cap of the soldier) is surely not North Korean,can be rather Chinese or whatever.....
