I'm a cart pusher at Wal Mart too, and we use that exact same QuicKart 2000 Mule by Dane, and one of our mules is sooooo slowwwww. God forbid our mules break down because they WILL be down for a hot minute! I feel you man. The longest down time was about 6 months I heard!
