OK, here is a comment in English from a fan. I used to go see AF at City Gardens in Trenton, NJ in the mid-to late 80's. Some of the most intense shows ever.

I go to Cebu from the US 2-3 times per year for work. All I can sayis this video captures some of what poverty in Cebu looks like. I have actually seen worse than this in Cordova (on Mactan Island, across the bridges from Cebu)
