Musashi follows the path the mutant ant that attacked the Gondola Office created on the top of a cliff. The ant in question is found at the bottom of a long drop, but presumably not alive. Musashi investigates this cave further.
This cave appears to be some upper unknown area of the Binchotite Mine as there are Binchotite emissions and open platforms that are currently shut off. Exploring this cave leads to some Bincho Fields, and more Ants. GIants to be correct.
Something awaits Musashi at the end of this mine shaft ride...

Here's a dungeon that isn't too long, but you might get lost if you don't catch onto a key switch that needs to be found. There are a lot of chances to get posioned, including a Fusion ability and more, so bring some Antidotes if you're unsure of your treading.
I wonted to get into this area before 4:45 so that I could snag a Minku that's actually right to the left of the entrace, but I was too slow. I'll have to wait until Chapter 6 to obtain the remaining Logevity Berries as my HP is slagging way behind my BP. I do end up using the sleep function in the cave because there's a Minku inside of it, and I certainly don't want to come back later to get it.
The Riding section of this cave is pretty long, and is a test of patience. I usually get through it without hitting any obsticles, but I apparently panicked near the end. If you do get hit four times, at least you don't have to start the ride all over again. There are chekpoints, so to speak.
The Boss here is pretty annoying. Queen Ant likes to screw with your patience and make you wait to reveal her core. You can only hit he when she lowers her head. Acid really comes in handy for getting the lava out of the way. Lumina Rotation is a must here because it does the most damage to the head. You might even get a critical, which would open the core much faster. I got the gloves, but it didn't help for this at all... bull!
Using the Wind Crest ends Chapter 5.

Apparently, the Super Sonic video for Sonic Riders (and its sequel--but I'll get to that later) have been very popular, and a new frequently asked question has popped up as of late: How do you unlock Super Sonic? This video is part of a series that will show the Gold rank for every mission in the game.
Digital Dimension is our next stop. This course doesn't appear in the story at all, but every course gets the Missions treatment. Here we go.
Mission 1 is about tricks, as usual. Get 12 points to pass or 24 points to get the Gold. C - 0 pts B - 1 pt A - 2 pts AA - 4 pts S - 6 pts SS - 8 pts X - 10 pts Trick opportunities don't come often in Digital Dimension, but when they do, you can pull huge tricks off of them. Try not to waste them! Also, the jump over the giant writhing ball of souls may be easier done as a high trick (hold the control stick up as you leap off) rather than a long trick (hold it down). Each of the buildings in the heaven area can be tricked off too. It's possible to trick off them both, but they need to be ridden up using grind rails, and landing in the wrong spot can mean you'll have to skip one, like I did.
Mission 2 assigns Knuckles to find pieces of junk. This is not a stage for Power characters, so this one is surprisingly straightforward. 1. Up against the right wall near the start indicating you can punch out a gargoyle. 2. In the middle of the path following the shortcut. 3. Do a long trick to get to the upper area after the first jump. It'll be right there. 4. This comes right after the 3rd one. 5. After landing from the upper path, it'll be sitting right there. 6. Out in the open right before the giant gates. 7. At the right entrance to the first building in the heaven area. 8. At the middle exit to the first building in the heaven area. 9. At the right entrance to the second building int he heaven area. I almost missed it. 10. In the middle of the path once the holography breaks down. 11. In the middle path. Punch down the doors. 12. Right after the last turn in the center.
In Mission 3, gives you a time limit of 1 minute 15 seconds, but ths time you're using Tails. Tails is pretty well-equipped to get through Digital Dimension as there's quite the alternate path in the heaven section, but everywhere else, there are gargoyles everywhere to impede his progress. Also, the upper paths are blocked off, forcing Tails to risk the path with the arms threatening to grab any passers-by into the Styx. You'll get the Gold if you can finish within 1 minute 4 seconds.
Mission 4 is about grinding rails again. It's all familiar territory, but it can still be challenging as they begin high above the ground after the first jump. You may remember Green Cave doing something like this, though this one is harder because you actually have to aim for the rail. The ones in the heaven section requires you to focus as the rails are pretty short. You'll have to not only time your hops carefully, as is usual for this type of mission, but you'll have to do it rapidly in succession too. Get to 5 rails to pass. Get on all 10 for the Gold.
Mission 5 is the next mission requiring you to destroy 7 in a row of something as Knuckles. Remember the schtick I mentioned in the one for Sand Ruins? You need to keep boosting to catch all 7 in the same combo, or else the combo counter will go away and you have to start all over. This is the second hardest type of mission for me (the hardest kind for me will appear later) due to the whole rapidity of it all. You have to navigate while boosted and with the screen filled up with stuff. Like in the Sand Ruins mission, this one has three sets of stone statues. The first comes before the first jump. This one is somewhat easier than Sand Ruins's as these 7 are all lined up for Knuckles to knock down; the hardest part is micro-adjusting. The second set is right before the gates and contains 8 statues, giving you a bit of room for error. The third and last set contains 9 statues and is located near the end. You'll get the Gold rank by achieving this 7-combo within 8 seconds, meaning you'll have to go for the first set.
