Urban Freeflow, i know you dont respond, but, if you could, im really desperate, i absolutely LOVE to free run / parkour, it takes my mind off everything and lets me push myself, but i have no idea where to go to train, or do anything at that, are there any classes in Canada? i would REALLY appreciate if someone could reply or send me a message! thanks
