APON 100% COMPLETION of puberty is when a teenager becomes a fully grown MAN OR WOMAN between ages 16 to 18. Although because they complete puberty at different ages, that is why the law has arrived at precisely 18 years to be the adult age for ALL.

no thanks i have a shitty job doing drugs will make me .lose it i drink heavy instead lately just makes me more violent and the urge to break anything in my way. i have ptsd and dissociation disorder now way will i touch mushrooms again never tried acid i see shit thats not there i dont need drugs for that.i wasted now i feel like cutting up anything that comes near me good thing i live alone haha
