Atëher Sufjani i tha: "Merri rrenjet e sinqeritetit, disa flet te durimit, lengune modestis dhe vendosi ne enen devotshmeris. Pastaj, shtoi asaj ujin frikrespektit ndaj Zotit dhe vendose mbi zjarrin e pikellimit per mekatet e bera. Ne fund kulloji ato ne kulloren e murakabes (te ndiesh se Allahu te shikon kudo qe je) dhe ne fund merre me doren e vertetsis dhe pije nga gota e istigfarit. Shperlaje zemren me vetepermbajtje nga gjerat e ndaluara dhe te dyshimta, largohu nga lakmia dhe pangopsia. Ne ket menyre, me lejen e Zotit,zemra jote do te sherohet."
Namazi: Pejgamberi sall-Allahu alejhi ve selem kur u mundonte diçka thoshte: "Na qetëso me namaz, o Bilall!, namazi ishte kënaqësia, lumturia dhe pushim i tij.
Hadith: "Me i mir prej jushtë eshtë ai i cili e meson Kuranin dhe ja meson atë te tjerve."

Allah the most high said:
„O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, if you come to Me with so many sins that fill the earth, and you meet Me without having ascribed partners to Me, I will forgive you with the same great amount of forgiveness."
