As per the below link from THE BUREAU OF JUSTICE STATISTICS at least 29,437 whites were killed by blacks from 1976-2005 in USA. At least 11,262 blacks were killed by whites in the same period, thus a deficit of 18,175 whites as you subtract 11,262 blacks killed by whites from 29,437 whites killed by blacks. Whites are about 5 times the black population, so this is a kill ratio of right around 13 to one: 13 dead whites at the hands of blacks for each dead black by a white RELATIVE to equal numbers (if the black population was as large as the white population), otherwise these minimum known raw numbers dictate a 2.61 times kill rate of whites by blacks versus the reverse cross racial killings of white on black.

- I've read the kill ratio has been as high as 8 to one (8 white by black per one black by white) going all the way back to the 1920s... I believe this is averaged over the long term, relative to equal populations, and shows the ratio has gotten far worse in more recent decades...(13 to one).
