I'm sorry, half of this is just plain incorrect.
Up until late 2010 I was running on 2GB, and 4GB from then onwards. I use Chrome, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, iTunes, you name it all in parallel without any problems whatsoever. As I write this in early 2012, 4GB is enough for 99% of pe...
