Christian didnt considered himself with sufficient knowledge to isolate any problem, anyway, he also believed that the problems only existed under the human point of view, therefore, maybe really there did not exist problems. At regional level, he believed that the main problem in Italy was that many people have closed mind. The knowledge is a path to broaden the field of vision of everybody. Personally, each one has to find his path to help the world, for example, he uses the physics to broaden the knowledge of his environment. At personal level he considered himself happy. He believed that the money helps to achieving things that we want but they do not help to happy being, the secret of the happiness is in sustaining a good relation with the other ones and you .
* Zambia, Lusaka; Jonathan - Taking the pulse
(you can also answer the interview on www.globetour.org or www.youtube.com/globetour) 2007-10-13
After not taking for quite a lot of time the pulse to the world, I interviewed Jonathan who said that the main problem of the world is the mentality of the people that are usually pessimistic obstructing the progress and the attainment of goals. Educating for the individual independence would be the solution. The Zambians are not poor materially but they are poor in mentality. He tries to be different and thinks that this is a good way of affecting his environment. The main problem in Zambia is the education that is very expensive and the high % of unemployment due to the lack of industry. The solution would be to receive investors that generate work and to try to make the banks trust more the enterprising Zambians. Jonathan feels happy personally, but, not when he observes his environment, because the Zambians are not free economically yet. He would be happier if there was more work to develop Zambia. Jonathan thinks that the secret of happiness comes from God.
* Egipt, Cairo; Tarek - Taking the pulse to the world
(you can also answer the interview on www.globetour.org or www.youtube.com/globetour) 2008-02-16
In Cairo I interviewed Tarek that opined that the main problem of the world is the current policy of US. Waiting for the next elections to gain the democrats, although it would have to change the society to be able to change the policies. Tarek tries to help lodging people of different cultures and exchanging realities. The main challenge of Egypt will be the withdrawal of the current president that has been in power for the last 24 years and the changes that will entail. The solution would be the democracy perhaps, although the country is not prepared for this. Tarek tries to collaborate individually to the Egyptian economy helping to the growth. Tarek is considered happy because he is meeting with people from all the world and for the family that he has. He would be happier losing 10 kg and being healthier. The secret of happiness is the connection with God.
* Germany, Kloden; Florian - Taking the pulse to the world
Florian thought that the main problem of the world was the meanness of some people, who want more and more and unbalance the world. Part of the solution would be with projects like Hospitalityclub, which help you understand the problems a little. At personal level he tries to tell the people that surround him that to be happy you dont need so many material possessions. The main problem of Germany is the collapse of the welfare state, there is less money for the social security and greater problems. Florian feels happy, even if he is also melancholic and thinks that it can also be learned from sorrow. The secret of happiness is to enjoy every moment. He likes to travel because is like knowing new cultures and learning from them.
