I WANT TO SEE MORE VIDEOS FROM THE SLUMS!!! This really really struck a chord within me. I didn't realize how people are currently living on this planet without proper sanitation and access to health. I realize that WE have to act and DO something about it. This has totally blown my mind. I think everyone needs to see this. I really admire what you guys are doing. Thank you for making me aware of the situation.

usery1z,

Thanks for your questions! You must be referring to the Lancet's recent retraction of a 1998 paper saying that vaccinations could increase the risk of children developing autism. The study had serious flaws, and we are glad that the Lancet finally retracted this paper.

Vaccines are an important area that we've been thinking a lot about at Global Health Bridge. (1) We need better vaccines that don't get deactivated with high temperatures, easier to transport, and cover a wider array of diseases; (2) Vaccine wastage rates are very high meaning that a lot of the vaccines that we produce get thrown out because they expire, get deactivated due to heat, or are opened but never used. We'll keep you posted about exciting developments in this area and also post a video up about the work that we're doing in this area.

Thanks!
