Bay Oaks 2011 - Goal of the Year = Member's Choice. It is required to have a video of the goal for voting by the Bay Oaks Channel members (fans, players, parents, coaches, DOCs). Even others outside the club and members on the channel can vote. Voting is done through "Liking" the Video. Video with the highest Likes will be on top.
EBU Bay Oaks Jr Coaches Program is a training program for our Jr Coaches (U13-U18 players) who want to learn how to coach. Jr Coaches must get a NSCAA Level 2 Youth Diploma and must perform a full training session for their evaluation and feedback. Final test include a Warm Up session, Coaching a small sided game, coaching from the side line and performing a half-time talk to the players.
EBU Bay Oaks has a rich history of alumni and current players in elite Development Programs (College, US Soccer, US Club Soccer Id2 and Norcal PDP and tradition ODP programs).
University of San Francisco Soccer DONS Coach Steve Negoesco, Bay Area Hall of Fame (BASHOF) inductee has won 5 NSCAA Championships (1966, 1975,1976, 1978 and 1980). Current Coach Erik Visser (who played in '78/'80) continues the rich tradition at the Hill Top since 2001.
