Hello, Im Glen, im 22 and ive been playing guitar since i was 8. From the age of 8 - 16 i was taught classical guitar lessons each week. From the age of 16 - 20 after stopping my classical lessons i started composing many songs and playing all sorts of guitar music, but none of the music i learnt really appealed to me. I still hadnt found the style of music i was looking for.

Untill one day when i was about 20 i stumbled across Anotine Dufour's song - 'Spiritural Groove' and that changed my life in terms of guitar playing. I was shocked and amazed at the amount of technicality & skill he had. I couldnt believe my eyes. I put my classical guitar to a side and bought an acoustic guitar.

So at that point i dived straight into the Fingerstyle Percussive type of playing, which is what a lot of the rpoland artists play. It is what i have been looking for my whole guitar playing life.

As this Fingerstyle Percussive style is sort of classical/folk etc.. it fits in perfect with my classical background.

I have been playing accoustic Fingerstyle Percussive style for about 2 years now.

I have been playing guitar for 13 years total.
