About this user
I became interested in stock car racing as a kid because of my father. I remember the first time I heard that 383 roller discharge: it was like a metal dragon that spit fire.As I attempt to progress through the ranks of racing, I feel compelled to openly admit that the risks involved in motorsports scare the hell out of me. I often wonder if I'm one of the few drivers who drives with those fears lurking over my shoulder. I guess the question I'm constantly asking myself is: how will I feel about racing if I end up dead, disfigured, or in a wheelchair. I say this because I push the limits everytime I get in the car, and if you ever get a chance to see an onboard video of mine, which I've yet to post, there's not a single turn I take without that thought crossing my mind.
At 24 years old, racing has been a way I've tried to deal with my father's death. It rarely serves that purpose well, and it's arguably never served that purpose whatsoever. However, my youtube is mainly dedicated to my racing endeavors solely because racing is one of the few things that looks cool on video.
That said, I encourage any and all constructive criticism. If you want to know why I drive the way I do, if you have a comment or question about an onboard video of mine, or if you simply have a suggestion as to how I could drive better, feel free to voice your opinions so long as you voice them constructively and inoffensively.
