"GIUSEPPE MOFFA is a young and talented musician/singer/songwriter/arranger who comes from the southern region of Molise. He expresses with his gravelled voice - in a range of wonderful nuances - the ancient soul of a whole nation which we have been waiting to hear for a long time. His main features lie in composing refined music with impressive lyrics, as well as being a virtuoso of guitar, bagpipe and accordion/concertina. His musical adventures free Southern-Italian popular culture from its heavy burden of stereotyped forms like Tarantella, Pizzica, and others, creating a new language closer to that of Tom Waits. His first album has been released in 2010 "Non Investo In Beni Immobili" (I Don't Invest In Real Estate) and was aired widely on European radio". (Italian World Music)
