It wasn't long before the vocal gymnast was in the studio with SESAC award winner Jaylien2010, working on what would become the first three singles from the new LP. The first single, "Google Me B*tch" captured media attention before its release as fans and DJs begged for the track the second the snippet hit YouTube! Giselle takes a moment to stamp her claim on the industry in a big way. The hook asks "Who is she?" to which the R&B Barbie answers "I'm the girl you wish you could be, so go ahead and Google Me... Google Me Bitch!" Giselle's powerhouse vocals dominate over this club-ready hip-hop driven beat, with an unexpected horn section, the track is anything but ordinary.
The second single, aptly titled "I'm a Barbie," Giselle does her part to break down the walls of the stereotypical "Barbie" with this 2nd single. Blondes beware, there is a new Barbie in town... dangerous curves ahead!
Giselle takes it from the studio to the streets with "Who's Got the Power Now." Written by Giselle, and backed by the alienesque layered Jaylien 2010 beat, this track tackles a personal industry experience between Giselle and a former producer. Exercising her aggressive vocal range, Giselle calls him out for everything from shady business to unwanted advances... "I'm like a soldier in stilettos breaking down your door, you thought I was so sweet you've never seen me rage before!" The vocal gymnast murders this edgy track taking us along for the ride.
