蟹子雞蛋炒瀨粉

材料

雞蛋2 隻 [打勻]

瀨粉 300 克

蟹子 2 滿湯匙

西生菜2 片 [切絲]

舊庄特級蠔油 3 湯匙

程序

用2湯匙油將雞蛋炒至僅熟，加入瀨粉及李錦記舊庄特級油炒勻，熄­火，下蟹子及生菜炒勻。

馬利餅100 克

朱古力粉2茶匙 (可以有、可以冇)

低脂煉奶25克

淡忌廉250 毫升

糖1/2湯匙

雲呢拿油數滴

做 法 :

(1) 搥碎馬利餅，備用。

(2) 打拂淡忌廉至軟，拌入煉奶、雲呢拿油再打至實。

(3) 模具鋪上餅碎，再鋪忌廉混合物，重複至完全盛滿，...
