There are many different incarnations of Milk Man. For example, the TF2 version. Then there's Freddie's version. I did see a Milk Man styled villain in one of the dumbest shows I have ever watched, though: Cow Boy.

@Bakuraptor It's because their team is losing, and they think that playing spy will make them the "Hero" that saves the day, when, really, the multiple spies means that medics and engies go unplayed, and the team loses. It's a cycle.
