Gillian is an accomplished Australian actress with a passion for inspiring stories that touch the heart. She is known for her unique look and powerful subtle performances.
Gillian recently played a supporting role in a US feature film alongside Malcolm McDowell (Book of Eli, Coco Chanel, Entourage, Clockwork Orange) and a lead role opposite Sam Atwell (Home and Away) in the stunning short film Peanut Butter.
In 2011 Gillian is in demand having been cast supporting roles in three independent feature films currently in the final stages of development - "Scab Girl Asylum", "The 34th Battalion" and "Dean's Fate".
Scab Girl Asylum is a provocative thriller about a sane child in an insane world and is being brought to life by award-winning filmmaker Matt Norman (Salute). The 34th Battalion is an epic ANZAC story. Dean's Fate is a provocative sci-fi thriller starring Jai Koutrae.
Gillian is also co-writer/co-producer on a feature film "Videojak" in which she will play the lead female role. Videojak is a social thriller about our obsession with online social networking and video content creation and consumption. Other professionals attached include DOP Peter Holland (Cedar Boys, The Nothing Men, Gabriel), and former AFC Commissioner and Executive Producer Tom Kennedy (King of the Mountain, Bad Bush).
Other recent work includes the Australian TV series "Rake" and "Home and Away", the Australian feature film "Being in Heaven", the TV pilot "Don't Turn Out the Lights" plus a number of commercials and corporate projects.

Hey Gillian! How are you? The acting fronts been very quiet. I did a short for someone else last year which should be released soon. I've got the trailer, I'll forward it on, is was a lot of fun filming! Since it's been so quiet I've been writing and illustrating a childrens picture book.! I'm looking into publishers now. I've also been mesmerised by our little baby boy who will be 6 months this coming weekend!
