@sangyuni96 not a chance, complete scam, the cross bridges in 'vibration' style training don't unattach and reattach, theres no myosin heavy change and hence no strength or mass gains. Its just a phallic device for men in the closet. 6 minutes a day to build mass...... that should give it away.
