Highlight from the infamous lecture between a professor at Reed College and David Horowitz
Highlight from the infamous lecture between a professor at Reed College and David Horowitz, a right-wing rhetorician. This is a segment, though somewhat tangential, of his argument in favor of "academic equality."
Watch to the end for maximum shock.
Note: This man is powerful, and his ideas should be considered dangerous. "Academic Equality," more or less in Horowitz' opinion, is that the classroom at all levels of education be politically neutral. This is to protect the rights of people of all political backgrounds. However, who will monitor the teachers? Will we have thought police? Will students themselves be put at odds against their instructors? He wants to make political equality in the classrooms a concern of the government: he wants to put this into law. Who is to deem what is equal? What is politically neutral? By the looks of this video, I'm not sure Horowitz would be the best judge.
Apparently, Because Oprah is a rich, fat, black woman - granddaughter of a slave - there are no social hierarchies in the USA. In fact, this whole business about social inequality is completely fictitious and is all lies fed to us by the leftist academics. Because Mexicans immigrate to the US, they obviously face no barriers to success. Racism? It's a thing of the past -- I'm glad we have such brilliant people like Horowitz influencing our government.
